When the society entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, the society will conduct a strict investigation of the third party and supervise the third party in a necessary and appropriate manner to ensure the safe management of the entrusted personal information.

The Association will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except as required by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
Disclosure and correction of personal information
If you request us to disclose your personal information, we will do so as soon as possible. In that case, if the identity of the person cannot be confirmed, we will not respond to the disclosure. If there is an error in the content of personal information, and the person requests correction, addition, or deletion, the Association will promptly respond to these requests after investigation. In this case. If we are unable to verify the identity of the person making the request, we will not respond to the request.
